Favourable and marvellous location to convenience store 7-11, the hotel is minutes away from a bus stop. Don't forget to explore Noboribetsu Onsen district.

Huge & clean hotel, excellent service, favourable location to convenience store 7-11. Decent sized and huge room with a great view of the mountains.

The hotel was located in a beautiful area surrounded by forests and lakes, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel had many different onsens which were a great way to unwind and relax. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh seafood and grill options. the customer service exceeded my expectations which is typical of Japanese people.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the check out time was too early at 10 am which was inconvenient for me.

loved the room with good view of the mountains, my bed was soft. the breakfast was particularly good, had a fantastic stay in the winter time. the stuff was accommodating at all times. the marvellous location was around 4-6 minutes walk from kojohama onsen.

We had a great stay here. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The onsen was huge and refreshing, and the arcade was fun. We loved the fact that the hotel provided shuttle service from one point to another. The location was good too, as it was a short walk to the main street and popular tourist attractions. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel was clean.

We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, as it was right next to the bus terminal and just a short walk away from all the amazing tourist sites in the area. It was also very convenient to have a 7-11 convenience store nearby for any last-minute needs. The hotel provided excellent service and had a wide range of amenities, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi in the rooms, and free toiletries. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle for our convenience. We also enjoyed the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area, where we had delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The buffet had a great variety of food and there were complementary drinks with the meal. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and close to a lot of attractions. The onsen was the best part of the experience, with multiple pools to choose from and they were never crowded.

The smell in our room was unpleasant, especially in the bathroom. Check out staff were not very responsive and friendly, which made leaving the hotel a bit of a hassle.
